i picked up gouache and watercolor during the pandemic. from then, i started to develop a love for gouache and it has since become my favorite medium.many of these pieces hold a special significance, as they were made as farewell gifts for the remarkable friends i've made in Japan.

taking the first step into digital art with procreate on my first iPad posed quite a challenge initially. accustomed to traditional mediums, i found myself overwhelmed by the limitless possibilities of the app. after much experimentation, i've begun to hone in on my style.inspired by fellow illustrators, i aim to create whimsical yet simple characters with a captivating sense of charm.
